Common questions about purchase documents and licenses. Most documents are available on your account page right away, so there’s no need to email us.

Log in and open the order history on your account page. For each order you can get:
Receipt: the payment receipt issued by our payment provider (Toss Payments).
Certificate: the license certificate (PDF) showing the licensee, font, weights and scope.
Invoice: an invoice (PDF) showing the supplier, the buyer, the item and the amount.
To show your company name, tax ID and address on invoices, add them once under Billing details on your account page. They appear on every invoice and quotation from then on.

Buying for a company outside Korea? Add your company name, VAT/Tax ID and address under Billing details, then download the invoice for your order.
All prices include 10% VAT and are the total you pay. Invoices show the amount before VAT and the VAT separately.

It’s My Type (잇츠마이타입) is a VAT-registered general taxpayer in Korea.
For card and easy-pay orders, the card receipt is the official proof of purchase under Korean VAT law, so no separate tax invoice (세금계산서) is issued. Submit the receipt together with the invoice.
When paying by bank transfer, you can request a cash receipt for business expenses in the payment window.
If you missed the cash receipt or need another document, email info@itsmytype.kr with your order number and business registration number.

Need a quotation for internal approval before buying? On a font page, choose a license and weights in the buy panel, then select “Get a quotation”.
The quotation opens as a PDF and is valid for 30 days. If you’re logged in, your billing details are filled in.

You enter the licensee name at checkout. It appears on the license certificate and inside the font files. Buying for a company? Use the company name.
After paying, you can still change the licensee name up to 2 times per order from your order history, to fix a typo or switch to your company name.
The new name appears on the certificate and invoice right away, and in the font files the next time you download them.
Name changes are for corrections only. They can’t be used to transfer a license to another person or company.
