환불 정책

1. 적용 대상

It’s My Type(itsmytype.kr)에서 판매하는 폰트 라이선스와 폰트 파일(디지털 콘텐츠)에 적용됩니다.
폰트를 구매하면 파일의 소유권이 아니라 라이선스(사용권)를 얻게 되며, 라이선스 범위는 구매한 라이선스(베이직 / 웹·앱 임베딩)의 약관을 따릅니다.

폰트는 복제가 가능한 디지털 콘텐츠이므로 내려받은 뒤에는 환불이 제한됩니다(3항). 그래서 구매 전에 각 폰트 상세페이지의 타입 테스터에서 원하는 문장, 웨이트, 크기를 직접 입력해 무료로 사용해 볼 수 있도록 제공합니다.
환불 제한 사실은 이 페이지와 결제 직전 구매 화면에 함께 안내합니다.

폰트 파일을 내려받기 시작한 뒤에는 단순 변심에 의한 환불(청약철회)이 제한됩니다(「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항 제5호).
구매자의 부주의로 파일을 잃어버린 경우에도 환불 사유가 되지 않으며, 계정의 「내 폰트」에서 다시 내려받을 수 있습니다.

결제일로부터 7일 이내이고 폰트 파일을 한 번도 내려받지 않았다면 전액 환불해 드립니다.
한 주문에서 여러 폰트(패밀리)를 따로 구매하고 그중 일부만 내려받은 경우, 내려받지 않은 폰트는 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 환불받을 수 있습니다. 세트(베이직 세트·풀 세트)는 하나의 상품으로 보아 일부 웨이트만 환불하지 않습니다.
같은 주문이 중복 결제되었거나 결제 오류가 있는 경우, 중복·오류 금액을 전액 환불해 드립니다.
제공된 파일이 열리지 않거나 손상되었거나, 상품 설명(웨이트, 지원 글자, 파일 형식 등)과 다른 경우, 파일을 받은 날부터 3개월 이내 또는 그 사실을 안 날(알 수 있었던 날)부터 30일 이내에 정상 파일로 교체하거나 전액 환불해 드립니다(같은 법 제17조 제3항).

파일을 내려받기 전이라면 원하는 라이선스로 바꾸거나 환불해 드립니다.
이미 내려받았다면 차액을 결제해 상위 라이선스(예: 베이직 → 웹·앱 임베딩)로 변경할 수 있습니다. 사용 범위가 늘어난 경우에도 같은 방법으로 라이선스를 변경해 주세요.

info@itsmytype.kr로 주문번호, 구매자 이름(계정 이메일), 환불 사유를 보내 주세요. 파일 문제라면 증상이나 화면 캡처를 함께 보내 주시면 빠르게 확인할 수 있습니다.
접수 후 3영업일 이내에 답변드립니다.

환불이 확정되면 3영업일 이내에 결제를 취소하거나 환급합니다(같은 법 제18조). 카드 결제는 카드사에 즉시 취소를 요청하며, 실제 반영까지 카드사 사정에 따라 며칠이 더 걸릴 수 있습니다.
환불 시 별도의 수수료나 위약금을 받지 않습니다. 환급이 늦어지면 법에서 정한 지연배상금을 함께 지급합니다.
환불된 주문의 라이선스는 효력을 잃으며, 받은 폰트 파일은 모든 기기와 저장소에서 삭제해야 합니다. 환불 후에도 폰트를 계속 사용하는 것은 라이선스 위반입니다.

미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 본인 또는 법정대리인이 계약을 취소할 수 있습니다.
이 정책에 정하지 않은 사항은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」, 「콘텐츠산업 진흥법」 등 관련 법령과 공정거래위원회 고시를 따르며, 법이 소비자에게 더 유리하게 정한 경우에는 법이 우선합니다.

This policy applies to font licenses and font files (digital content) sold on It’s My Type (itsmytype.kr). Buying a font grants a license to use it, not ownership of the files.

Every font can be tried for free with your own text, weights and sizes in the type tester on its font page. The refund limits below are shown on this page and at checkout.

Fonts are digital content that can be copied. Once a download has started, refunds for change of mind are not available, as permitted by Korean e-commerce consumer protection law. Where your local law requires it, we will ask for your express consent to immediate delivery at checkout.
Lost files are not a reason for a refund; you can download them again from “My fonts” in your account.

Full refund within 7 days of payment if the font files have never been downloaded.
If an order contains separate fonts and only some were downloaded, the fonts not downloaded can be refunded within 7 days. A set (Basic set or Full set) is treated as one product.
Full refund of duplicate payments or billing errors.
If a file does not open, is damaged or differs from the product description, we will replace it or refund in full within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of when you found (or could have found) the issue.

Before downloading, we can switch your license or refund it. After downloading, you can upgrade (e.g. Basic → Web & app embedding) by paying the difference. Please also upgrade if your usage grows beyond your license.

Email info@itsmytype.kr with your order number, name (account email) and the reason. For file problems, a description or screenshot helps. We reply within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are cancelled or paid back within 3 business days; your card issuer may take a few more days to show it. We charge no fees or penalties for refunds.
The license of a refunded order ends, and all received font files must be deleted from every device and storage. Continuing to use the fonts after a refund is a license violation.

Matters not covered here follow applicable Korean law. Where the law gives you stronger rights, the law applies.
